What I Wore Today

Today I will show you my own favorite outerwear pieces for the fall and winter season.

1. a.n.a  Leather Jacket
This jacket is my go to for making any outfit that I wear edgier. It is black and it's cropped. The jacket is thin but it still keeps me warm if I wear it with a sweater or long sleeved tee. I absolutely love it!

2. Merona Denim Jacket
This is just a basic denim jacket. It's light wash denim and it is faded. It matches well with any outfit. I wear it more in during the fall.

3. Mossimo Supply Co. Cargo Jacket
This is cargo jacket. It is beige and it it cropped. It has a pink and gray floral pattern on the inside. I think it is feminine    and kind of military-inspired. The jacket is great to wear during the fall.

4. Papaya Leather Vest
This is a leather vest. It is black and it has white faux fur lining the inside. I love to wear this with a sweater. I thinks it's really cool and biker chic!

Outerwear Guide

Winter is one of my favorite seasons. Although, it can be a very busy time of the year. You have  holiday shopping to do, attend Christmas parties, or have snowball fights outside. You will definitely need a coat and jacket for the cold weather. But don't think that you have look like Randy from A Christmas Story. All bundled up until you can barely move! Remember the famous and hilarious line "I can't put my arms down!'' Well, we are fortunate enough that we can find comfortable coats and jackets that are still stylish. So here is a slideshow of a few coats and jackets that will help you survive the winter weather in style!

What I Wore Today

This is a section titled What I Wore Today. I will post photos of my outfits that I wear everyday. I will showcase my personal style and hopefully inspire you!

Today's outfit is.... (Well, you guessed it!) A denim shirt. It fits perfectly into my denim-themed outfits sets that I have been posting for you lately. So this is how I wear denim. I paired a light wash denim shirt with black skinny jeans and burgundy red Doc Marten boots. For accessories, a red friendship bracelet.

The denim shirt is loose and very comfortable. I rolled up the sleeves to give it a relaxed look. The black skinny jeans are comfortable and go with anything. They are one of my favorite jeans to wear. The burgundy red Doc Marten boots are my new favorite boots to wear! I wanted a pair of DMs for a long time and I finally got them a few months ago. They feel very light and airy when you walk in them. I love them! The red friendship bracelet is simple and cute and  it matches the boots.

Quick Tip

If you don't know whether you have a warm skin tone or cool skin tone here is an easy way to figure it out. Grab a few gold or silver necklaces and bracelets then try them on and stand in front of the mirror.  If the gold jewelry appears more vibrantly and appealing on your skin then you have a warm skin tone and if the silver jewelry appears more vibrantly and appealing on your skin then you have a cool skin tone.

Whether you have warm or cool skin tones everyone can find the right hair colors for themselves
and rock it!

Punk: Denim & Skirts

Denim and plaid are the two most popular trends this season so why not combine them together? Try pairing a a light wash denim shirt with a plaid skirt and black leather ankle boots. You can tuck the shirt into the skirt. Accessories to wear with it are cross earrings set and a sparrow necklace. I think this outfit is edgy, punk and chic.
